  1. Holiday Cookie Exchange and Santa Meet-Up

    We hope you’re looking forward to our upcoming Holiday Cookie Exchange and Santa Meet-Up Sunday December 8th at 2pm! While we're excited to bring the community together, we wanted to let you know that these events may be impacted by the weather forecast.

    In the event of rain, we’ll still celebrate together! We will have a table set up with hot chocolate and cookies, so you can enjoy a warm treat. Additionally, Santa will be walking around the neighborhood, spreading holiday cheer!

    Please stay tuned for updates. We will notify you if any changes are made to the event schedule or location.

  4. 2024 Transition/Annual Meeting

    As the Manager for Greywood Heights Homeowners Association, Inc. I am pleased to inform you of the Transition/Annual Meeting to be held on Wednesday May 22, 2024 at 6:00PM via GoToMeeting. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association, including electing two (2) homeowner to the Board of Directors, and present information on current affairs of the Association, including a financial overview. Nominations from the floor will not be accepted. The election will take place via the community website immediately following the meeting and be open for seventy-two (72) hours. We anticipate announcing the election results soon after. If you wish to submit your candidacy for the Board of Directors, please return the attached Board Candidacy form to Vonnye Wade via email vonnye@legacysouthwestpm.com by May 20th, 2024.

    To conduct the Meeting, a quorum of 10% of members must be present in person or by proxy. Even if you plan to attend the meeting, please sign the proxy. The proxy will be disregarded at the meeting should you attend.

    Your proxy will help meet the quorum requirement. If a quorum is not reached in person or by proxy, the meeting will be rescheduled to a later date.

    In accordance with Article 2, Section 2.5 of the Bylaws for Greywood Heights HOA, an Quarterly Meeting of the Members for Thursday April 18th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. An election will be held to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors for a tenn of one (1) year. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor. If you are interested in running, please fill out the candidacy form and return by noon on May 13th, 2024, to Vonnye at Vonnye@legacysouthwestpm.com.

    In accordance with Article IV, Section 4.03. of the Bylaws for Greywood Heights HOA, Inc., you are hereby given notice of and requested to attend the 2023 Homeowners Meeting. The Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually via “Go to Meeting”.

    A proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the member’s voting rights and attendance. The Bylaws state that in order to hold a meeting and conduct business of the Association, there must be a quorum present. A quorum is the number of homes represented either in person or by proxy. The quorum required to hold a meeting is twenty percent (20%) of all lot owners. If the quorum for the annual meeting is not met, the Association will not be able to conduct any Association business, and will incur additional expenses to recall, reschedule and re-notice.

    If you have any questions or concerns that you would like addressed at the meeting, please fill out the Question or Comments page enclosed and email it back to Lindsay@legacysouthwestpm.com no later than Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

    Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy, even if you plan to attend, as unforeseen circumstances can occur.
