The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Greywood Heights HOA will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 6:30 PM at Sanford Elementary School Cafeteria (300 Williams Way, Van Alstyne, TX 75495), with a virtual option available via Microsoft Teams.

The meeting will include HOA updates, financial reviews, and the election of one (1) Board of Directors position. Nominations must be submitted by February 21, 2025. Voting will take place online after the meeting and remain open for 24 hours.

A quorum of 20% (45 homes) is required. If you cannot attend, please submit your proxy form by 12:00 PM on February 25, 2025, to Reid@legacysouthwestpm.com.
